Mentor Nikita Joshi
Nikita Joshi is an accomplished mentor, academic, and entrepreneur, and the wife of Vamsi Krishna, CEO and co‑founder of Vedantu, the IIT Bombay–alumni‑led ed‑tech startup founded in 2014.
She began her journey as an Assistant Professor at St. Francis Institute, where she also served as the Incubation Cell Faculty Coordinator and Head, nurturing student startups and innovation on campus. She continues work further with the MBA ecosystem at CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT), Bengaluru, as faculty for MBA students and as Head of the Entrepreneurship Cell (E‑Cell), fostering a strong culture of entrepreneurship among students. In her recent entrepreneurial avatar, Nikita founded Partner In Crime, a wellness‑focused venture that offers training and awareness programs around perimenopause and menopause, helping individuals and organizations build healthier, more supportive environments. As a mentor, she has played a key role in shaping Lokanath P’s entrepreneurial journey, guiding him during his time at St. Francis and continuing to advise Lokanath and the SwiftSurprise team on vision, team culture, and startup execution helping them build a purpose‑driven, regionally rooted corporate‑gifting brand.

Founder & CEO
Lokanath P is the Founder & CEO of SwiftSurprise, a Bengaluru‑based startup crafting premium, Karnataka‑inspired corporate gift hampers. He brings prior experience as a Finance Analyst at Sukhena Technologies, founder of Unique_instants, and roles in digital marketing, business development, and startup incubation, all of which fuel his data‑driven, brand‑first approach to gifting.
In 2025, Lokanath P launched SwiftSurprise and established it as a trusted corporate‑gifting brand, delivering premium, Karnataka‑inspired hampers while scaling the business through targeted digital‑marketing and startup‑focused storytelling.
