At Swiftsurprise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

If your return request is approved, we may provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and take the appropriate steps to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, personalized or custom-made products, and personal care items such as beauty products.

For safety and regulatory reasons, we also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or similar restricted products.

Please note that sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original product once approved and place a separate order for the replacement item you would like to receive.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without the need to provide justification.

To qualify under this policy, the returned item must remain unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within approximately 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund is officially reflected in your account.
