SHIPPING POLICY — SwiftSurprise

SwiftSurprise offers free shipping on all orders with all shipping charges included in the product price, so customers never pay any additional delivery fees.

For signature products, we provide ultra-fast 59-minute delivery within Bangalore, while regular orders enjoy same-day delivery anywhere in Bengaluru during business working hours.

Bulk and corporate orders require up to 15 business days for delivery depending on the level of customization and order volume.

Every hamper comes with free premium gift wrapping included at no extra cost.

Customers must check and inspect the product immediately upon receiving it before signing for delivery. SwiftSurprise will take a photo of the delivered hamper for verification purposes.

Returns are allowed only for inside damage such as broken bottles, crushed items, or expired products inside the hamper.

Returns are not accepted for external packaging damage if the product inside is intact, for changed mind or buyer's remorse, for customized or personalized products, or for signature products after delivery confirmation is received.

To make a return claim, customers must report within 48 hours of delivery by providing photos or videos of the damage to our support team, and approved claims will receive a refund or replacement within 5 to 7 business days.

We do not ship to PO Boxes without a physical address or to remote areas with restricted courier access. For Bangalore orders, we use our in-house delivery fleet, while pan-India shipments are handled through partner couriers.


PAYMENT POLICY — PhonePe Payment Gateway

SwiftSurprise accepts payments through PhonePe Payment Gateway, offering 100+ Indian payment options including UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), Debit Cards, Wallets (PhonePe Wallet, Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay), Net Banking from all major banks (SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, etc.), and Credit Card EMI with No-Cost EMI available.

All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant with device tokenization for fast secure checkout, native OTP authentication, fraud detection and protection, and 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure customer data safety.

Settlements are processed on T+1 basis with funds settled to the merchant account within 1 business day.

There are zero setup fees, zero hidden charges, and zero processing fees for merchants.

For refunds, UPI and wallet refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days while credit cards, debit cards, and net banking refunds take 5 to 7 business days.

If a transaction fails, customers can retry payment without order cancellation due to dynamic routing that ensures optimal success rates.

To pay, customers simply add items to cart, proceed to checkout, select PhonePe as payment method, choose their preferred payment option, complete authentication via OTP or PIN, and receive instant confirmation via SMS and email.

All disputes are handled through the PhonePe PG Dashboard with chargeback protection and real-time transaction visibility included.
